Job summary

Stanbridge University is seeking an Assistant Director for Vocational Nursing (Evenings/Weekends) to lead the VN program operations for evening and weekend cohorts. The role partners with the Program Director to ensure academic quality, faculty performance, and program outcomes.

Requires a California RN license, BVNPT-approved BSN, and 3+ years RN experience with leadership or teaching in a state-approved nursing program. Competitive salary and onsite employment are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years as an RN.
• At least 1 year teaching or clinical supervision in a state-approved nursing program in VN or RN within last 5 years.
• Strong administrative and program leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily VN program operations, especially evenings/weekends.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and evaluate instructional faculty.
• Monitor student performance and implement interventions for retention and completion.
• Coordinate clinical placements and maintain partner relationships.
