Stanbridge University seeks an experienced Assistant Program Director for the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program. Reporting to the Program Director, you will support program operations, faculty performance, curriculum implementation, and student outcomes in a collaborative environment.

You will oversee daily BSN operations, align with accreditation standards, and contribute to continuous program improvement through data-informed decisions while ensuring regulatory compliance and

Qualifications

Master’s degree or higher in nursing, education, or administration.
RN license/current registration as required by BRN or applicable board

Responsibilities

Support daily BSN program operations including advisement and clinical oversight.
Partner with the Program Director to align with accreditation standards.
Monitor program outcomes and use data to drive improvements.
Assist in curriculum development and BRN compliance.
Support faculty recruitment, onboarding, development, and evaluation.
