Job summary

Stanbridge University is seeking an experienced Assistant Program Director for the BSN program. You will help manage operations, faculty performance, curriculum implementation, and student outcomes in alignment with accreditation standards.

The role emphasizes data-informed decision-making, program quality, and collaboration with the Program Director to support student success and NCLEX outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited institution with coursework in nursing, education, or administration.
• Current, active, and unencumbered RN license in California (BRN).

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate daily operations of the BSN program, including student advisement and clinical education oversight.
• Partner with the Program Director to ensure alignment with program goals, institutional priorities, and accreditation standards.
• Contribute to continuous program evaluation and improvement through data analysis and outcome tracking.
• Support faculty recruitment, onboarding, development, and evaluation in accordance with guidelines.
• Provide guidance to faculty to ensure effective instruction and student engagement.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and instructional excellence.
• Assist in curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation in alignment with BRN standards.
• Support governance processes related to curriculum updates and improvements.
• Monitor student performance, progression, and program outcomes.
• Support strategies to improve retention, completion, and NCLEX performance.
• Promote effective use of ATI resources and data-driven interventions.
• Ensure adherence to institutional policies and accreditation requirements.
• Support preparation of reports and communications with accrediting agencies.
