• Oversee daily VN program operations, focusing on evening/weekend cohorts.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and evaluate instructional faculty; provide coaching and feedback.
• Monitor student performance and apply interventions to improve retention and outcomes.
• Ensure BVNPT compliance, coordinate clinical placements, and manage data reporting.
