Job summary

Stanbridge University is seeking an experienced and collaborative Assistant Director of Nursing for the Vocational Nursing (VN) Program to support program operations, faculty performance, curriculum implementation, and student outcomes.

The role focuses on maintaining academic quality, regulatory compliance, and a high‑quality student learning environment at the assigned campus, while coordinating with centralized administration and peer campuses as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in nursing, education, or administration.
• Current, active RN license in California (BRN).
• Experience leading nursing education programs and faculty in online/hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate VN program operations with the Director.
• Support faculty recruitment, onboarding, development, and evaluation.
• Assist in curriculum development aligned with BVNPT standards.
• Monitor student performance and outcomes; support retention and licensure goals.
• Ensure accreditation compliance and timely reporting.
