Job summary

ClearBridge Technology Group seeks an experienced manager to lead our VMware/VCF practice, coordinating with Broadcom stakeholders and customers to deliver complex solutions. The role blends people leadership, capacity planning, and program execution to ensure successful outcomes.

The candidate will drive training, enablement, and governance while maintaining strong engagement with commercial, government, and defense clients and ensuring compliance with security standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT infrastructure with virtualization or cloud experience.
• 5+ years leading delivery teams (Professional Services, MSP, consultants).
• Deep expertise in VMware Cloud Foundation and related cloud technologies.
• Experience across a broad range of industry verticals and infra environments.
• Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of VMware/VCF engineers aligned to goals and best practices.
• Collaborate with Broadcom product, engineering and sales to match customer needs.
• Engage with government and defense customers to design VCF-based solutions.
• Develop training programs to upskill resources in VMware/VCF and cloud tech.
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality outcomes.
• Ensure deliveries meet security/compliance standards (NIST, FedRAMP, GDPR, etc.).
• Identify opportunities to expand VMware/VCF adoption and drive business development.
• Act as a technical advocate, sharing best practices across customer environments.
