Job summary
SHI International Corp. is seeking a Cloud Management Services (Practice) Manager to lead, scale, and mature the Broadcom VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) Cloud Management services practice.
You will own technical direction, delivery excellence, and people leadership across VCF Automation and Operations, partnering with sales, solutions architects, and delivery leadership to ensure secure, scalable outcomes for enterprise clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years delivering VMware by Broadcom solutions in a consulting or enterprise environment.
- 3+ years leading or managing technical delivery teams.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations of the VCF Cloud Management services practice with high-quality delivery.
- Define and evolve technical and delivery standards for Broadcom VCF Cloud Management services.
- Mentor and develop Solutions Architects, Consultants, and Engineers.
- Own practice capability development across Broadcom VCF services (VCF 9.x, vSAN, SDDC Manager, vSphere 9).
- Collaborate with sales and solution architecture to shape offerings and support presales efforts.
- Monitor delivery performance, utilization, and quality metrics; drive improvement.
- Create reusable architectures, delivery frameworks, and accelerators across the VCF services practice.
- Serve as escalation point for complex client challenges.
