Job summary
SHI International Corp. is seeking a Cloud Management Services (Practice) Manager to lead, scale, and mature the Broadcom VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) Cloud Management services practice.
Manage delivery across VCF automation and operations, and mentor architects and engineers to ensure secure, scalable outcomes for enterprise clients. You will partner with sales and solution architects to shape offerings, drive delivery excellence, and maintain high-quality service delivery across multiple
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
- 5+ years delivering VMware by Broadcom solutions in consultancy or enterprise.
- 3+ years leading or managing technical delivery teams.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% and work across client sites.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations of the VCF Cloud Management services practice.
- Define and evolve technical and delivery standards for Broadcom VCF.
- Mentor Solutions Architects, Consultants and Engineers across Cloud Foundation domains.
- Own capability development across VCF services including VCF 9.x and related tools.
- Partner with sales and architecture teams to shape offerings and presales efforts.
- Monitor delivery performance and quality metrics for improvement opportunities.
- Create reusable architectures, templates, and accelerators for the practice.
- Serve as escalation point for complex client challenges.
- Build relationships with clients and stakeholders as trusted advisor.
