Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Vitamin Manager in Fresno, CA. You will lead one of the busiest teams, manage the vitamin department, and ensure top-tier customer service while maintaining product knowledge and safety standards.

The role requires 18+ with vitamin/holistic experience or equivalent, flexible scheduling including nights and weekends, and strong communication. Join a fast-growing team focused on healthy living and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with 1 year vitamin/holistic experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Able to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with strong customer interaction skills.
• Good communication and ability to follow directions in a team.
• Stand/walk for long shifts, able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and merchandising the department for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Vitamin team.
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through planning and teamwork.
• Lead a team to deliver high quality products and exceptional customer service.
• Provide guidance on vitamins, supplements, health and beauty without prescribing.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, mentoring, and motivating the Vitamin team.
• Unload and sort store deliveries.
• Enforce safety and sanitation guidelines across the department.
