Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Vitamin Manager to help customers choose health products and lead a busy Vitamin/HBA team. You’ll oversee ordering, inventory, and product quality while ensuring high standards of service in a fast-paced store.

The role requires 18+ years old with leadership experience in vitamins or related education, strong communication, and the ability to work nights and weekends. A proactive, team-oriented mindset is a must.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with 1 year of vitamin/holistic experience plus leadership duties or an acceptable education/experience combo.
• Dependable with ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with strong customer interaction skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to take/ give direction in a team.
• General housekeeping in department and adherence to safety regulations.
• Willingness to gain education on new products and health topics.
• Strong organization and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs and maneuver heavy objects for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and merchandising the Vitamin department for productivity and profit.
• Responsible for ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Vitamin team.
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through planning and teamwork.
• Lead a team to deliver high quality products and customer service.
• Ensure customers receive assistance with vitamins and health products and understand options.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of vitamins and related products to advise customers.
