Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with 1 year vitamin or related leadership experience.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Willing to gain education on new products and health topics.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and merchandising the department for maximum productivity and profit.
• Responsible for ordering and inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Vitamin/HBA team.
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through ongoing planning, direction, goal setting, communication, and teamwork.
• Assist in leading a team that brainstorms to deliver the finest quality of product and customer experience.
• Ensure customers receive excellent service and guidance on vitamins and health products.
