Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Vitamin Manager to lead one of the store’s busiest departments, delivering exceptional customer service and knowledgeable guidance on vitamins and health products. You will manage inventory, train staff, and ensure safety standards while supporting overall store goals.

The role emphasizes team leadership, process improvements, and a focus on customer education to help shoppers make informed health choices in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with 1 year vitamin/holistic experience including leadership duties
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with strong customer interaction
• Good communication skills and ability to lead a team
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and merchandising the Vitamin/HBA department for productivity and profit
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Vitamin/HBA team
• Coordinate production, merchandising and sales through planning, direction and teamwork
• Lead a team to deliver high quality products and excellent customer service
• Assist customers with vitamins, supplements and health products and provide guidance
• Recruiting, hiring, developing, mentoring, and motivating the Vitamin team
• Unload and sort store deliveries
• Ensure safety, health and sanitation guidelines are followed
