Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Vitamin Manager to join one of the busiest teams in our store. You will help customers make healthy choices, lead a dynamic Vitamin/HBA team, and ensure outstanding service in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities include merchandise planning, inventory controls, staff development, and adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines. You’ll recruit and mentor teammates, unload deliveries, and maintain product knowledge to guide customers.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with leadership duties in vitamin/health products or equivalent experience.
• Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and follow directions while leading others.
• Perform general housekeeping and uphold safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Willingness to learn about new products and health options.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and maneuver packages throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and merchandising the Vitamin department for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Vitamin team.
• Coordinate planning, direction, and teamwork to drive sales and service.
• Lead a team to deliver high-quality products and excellent customer care.
