Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with at least 1 year of vitamin, homeopathy, or holistic experience with leadership.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow directions.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must adhere to safety, health, and Weights and Measures regulations.
• Willingness to learn about new products and alternative health.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent customer service with knowledge on supplements.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of vitamins, supplements, and health items.
• Order product and manage inventory.
• Oversee sales and promotional events.
• Meet sales, margin, expense and labor goals, through proper merchandising and inventory control.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on inventory based on sales reports and trends.
• Lead and develop team members through coaching and performance reviews.
• Attend and participate in in-store meetings.
• Recruit, hire and promote in collaboration with the Store Manager.
