Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Vitamin Manager to help lead the vitamin department, deliver exceptional customer service, and manage product quality and inventory. This role emphasizes coaching the Vitamin team and maintaining safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires 18+ years old with leadership experience in vitamins or holistic products, flexible hours including nights and weekends, and strong communication to guide customers on health and wellness

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with 1 year of vitamin, homeopathy, or holistic experience with leadership duties.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor and ability to interact with customers.
• Good communication and ability to take and give direction in a team.
• Able to perform general department housekeeping and safety/weights regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Assistant Vitamin/HBA Manager in managing and merchandising the department for maximum productivity and profit.
• Responsible for ordering and inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Vitamin/HBA team.
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through planning, direction, goal setting, communication, and teamwork.
• Assist in leading a team to deliver the finest quality of product and highest level of service.
• Ensure customers receive excellent service and guidance on vitamins and health/beauty products.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of vitamins and related products to assist customers without prescribing.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, developing, mentoring, and motivating the Vitamin team.
• Unload and sort through store deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Thrive in a fast paced environment.
