Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Vitamin Manager to lead the vitamins department, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive profitable sales through effective inventory control, merchandising, and team coaching. You will guide staff, coordinate promotions, and ensure high standards of health and safety in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age with at least 1 year of vitamin/ holistic experience and leadership
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions
• Ability to perform housekeeping and maintain safety standards
• Willingness to learn about new products and alternative health
• Excellent organization and prioritization skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk during long shifts

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, knowledgeable guidance on vitamins and related products
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of vitamins and health/beauty items
• Order products and manage inventory control
• Oversee sales events and promotions
• Meet sales, margin, expense, and labor goals through merchandising and stock control
• Lead and develop team members through coaching and performance reviews
• Attend store meetings and participate in staffing decisions
• Ensure schedules and staffing levels maximize productivity
• Communicate standards and product knowledge to staff
• Serve as a leader and, when needed, Manager on Duty
