Job summary

Centers for Advanced Orthopaedics LLC (CAO) is seeking a Rehab Aide to support physical and occupational therapy teams across CAO clinics. Under supervision, you will assist with treatment setup, modalities, and patient flow, helping therapists deliver high-quality care.

The role includes front desk duties, charting in electronic medical records, maintaining clinic cleanliness, and flexible hours including some evenings or Saturdays to meet patient needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
• CPR Certification for Healthcare Professionals required.
• Proficient with Windows office tools (Word, Excel).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist therapists with treatment setup and modalities for non-Medicare patients.
• Disinfect and maintain clinic cleanliness and surfaces.
• Adhere to varying schedules, including early mornings, evenings, and Saturdays.
• Support front desk tasks: phone, scheduling, registration, and insurance verification.
• Attend monthly clinic staff meetings and participate in CAO events.
• Assist with clinic operations across CAO locations as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
