Job summary

The Centers for Advanced Orthopaedics LLC (CAO) seeks a Rehab Aide to support Physical and Occupational Therapists and Therapy Assistants. Under supervision, you will assist with patient treatment, set up modalities, and help maintain clinic cleanliness.

You will also perform front desk duties, schedule patients, verify insurance, and participate in monthly staff meetings. A High School Diploma and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• CPR Certification for Healthcare Professionals.
• Proficiency with computers and electronic medical records.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist therapists with treatment for non-Medicare patients under supervision.
• Disinfect clinic surfaces and maintain cleanliness.
• Adhere to fluctuating schedules including early mornings, evenings, and Saturdays.
• Perform front desk duties: phone, scheduling, patient registration, insurance verification.
• Attend monthly staff meetings or obtain written agendas.
