The Centers for Advanced Orthopaedics LLC is seeking a Rehab Aide to support Physical and Occupational Therapists and Therapy Assistants. Under direct supervision, you will assist with patient care, set up modalities, and help with front desk duties as needed.

You will participate in clinic operations, maintain a clean environment, and communicate effectively with patients and staff. The role may require variable hours including some evenings or Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• CPR certification for healthcare professionals maintained.
• Proficient with computers and electronic medical records.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to collaborate.
• Able to work independently with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Assist therapists with treatment of non-Medicare patients under supervision.
• Set up modalities and exercise machines; monitor form and repetitions.
• Disinfect clinic and maintain cleanliness; manage supplies and laundry.
• Perform front desk duties: phone, scheduling, patient registration, insurance verification.
• Attend monthly staff meetings and support clinic operations; participate in team activities.
