Centers for Advanced Orthopaedics LLC (CAO) is seeking a Rehab Aide in a dynamic outpatient setting in Manassas, VA. You will support Physical and Occupational Therapists, assist with patient care, and help with front desk tasks as needed.

The role requires a High School Diploma, CPR certification, strong communication, and computer skills. Training will be provided, with opportunities to work across CAO locations and participate in team meetings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience with computers and electronic medical records.
• CPR certification for healthcare professionals required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with Windows-based office tools (Word, Excel).
• Able to read/write/speak English.
• Willingness to participate in Rehab Aide training.

Responsibilities

• Assist therapists with treatment setup and modalities for non-Medicare patients.
• Disinfect clinic surfaces and maintain cleanliness to CAO standards.
• Adhere to varied clinic schedules including early mornings, evenings, and Saturdays.
• Support front desk duties: phone, scheduling, patient registration, insurance verification.
• Attend monthly staff meetings or obtain the agenda remotely if unavailable.
• Assist with clinic operations at multiple CAO locations as needed.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and department activities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
