CAO is seeking a Rehab Aide to support Physical and Occupational Therapists and Therapy Assistants in patient care under supervision. The role includes setting up modalities, assisting with exercises, and handling front desk tasks such as scheduling and insurance verification.

Responsibilities also cover cleaning, equipment upkeep, and contributing to team meetings. Strong English communication, CPR, and computer Skills are emphasized; some evenings may be required to meet patient needs.

Competenze

• High School Diploma required.
• 2+ years experience in a Physical Therapy clinic setting preferred.
• Athletic Trainer certification preferred, but not required.
• Experience with computers and electronic medical records.
• Maintains CPR Certification for Healthcare Professionals
• Proficient in Windows-based office technologies (Word, Excel)
• Must be able to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English
• Must participate in Rehab Aide training.

Mansioni

• Assist therapists with treatment and set up modalities under supervision.
• Set up exercise machines and monitor form for patients.
• Disinfect clinic surfaces and maintain cleanliness.
• Assist with laundry and maintain towels and gowns.
• Perform front desk duties: call handling, scheduling, registration, insurance verification.
• Attend monthly clinic staff meetings and obtain agendas if absent.
• Support smooth clinic operations and staffing across CAO locations.
• Participate in therapy team activities and events.
• Possibly work evenings depending on operating hours.
