Job summary

Centers for Advanced Orthopaedics LLC (CAO) is seeking a Rehab Aide to support Physical and Occupational Therapists across our Maryland clinics. You will assist with treatment setup, supervise non-Medicare patients under therapists' direction, and help with front desk duties as needed.

The role requires proficiency with Windows-based Office tools, experience with electronic medical records, and strong communication. Flexibility to early mornings, evenings, and Saturdays is common.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Experience with computers and electronic medical records.
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration in a decentralized organization.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Windows office technologies (Word, Excel).
• Must read, write, speak English.
• Must participate in Rehab Aide training and pass proficiency exam.

Responsibilities

• Assist therapists in treatment setup and modalities for non-Medicare patients.
• Disinfect clinic surfaces and maintain CAO's cleanliness standards.
• Follow variable schedules including mornings, evenings, and Saturdays.
• Perform front desk duties: phone, scheduling, patient registration, insurance verification.
• Attend monthly clinic staff meetings or obtain agenda from Clinic Manager/Therapy Director.
• Support clinic operations across CAO locations as needed.
• Participate in Therapy team meetings and CAO events.
• May work evenings and Saturdays depending on hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
