The S.C. Department of Public Health is seeking an On-Site Customer Service Supervisor for vital records services.

You will supervise a regional office, ensure accurate handling of amendments, and manage fee receipt and document issuance with a focus on customer service and compliance. Responsibilities include training staff, overseeing performance goals, and assisting customers with applications for certified copies while adhering to established policies and procedures.

Formación

• Six years of responsible clerical experience including two years of cashiering, banking or accounting.
• Three years’ experience with confidential records and two prior supervisory roles.
• Ability to type at a corrected rate of 45 wpm (on-site test).

Responsabilidades

• Assist on-site customers for vital records services and manage cashiering procedures.
• Monitor performance and supervise a regional office, approve time, leave, and staff training.
• Assist with completion of requests, review amendments, and coordinate with the Regional Coordinator.
