Job summary

At Home is seeking a Zone Lead in Farmers Branch, TX to drive visual merchandising across designated zones and uphold company standards that promote sales. You will lead transitions, plan workloads, and ensure signs, endcaps, and vignettes align with seasons and promotions.

The role requires lifting, stocking, and movement in a warehouse-format store, with availability nights and weekends. You will coach staff, monitor priorities, and uphold safety and compliance while delivering a great guest

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Background Check will be completed.
• Communicates clearly with excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs. as well as move merchandise in a warehouse-format store.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and reach as required.
• Attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Support visual merchandising processes for the store by planning and leading transitions, resets, and product assortments to maintain visual integrity.
• Plan and execute daily/weekly workload to achieve sales goals and guest engagement.
• Participate in freight processes and stock products in designated areas.
• Assist in customer satisfaction, safety, and loss prevention through team collaboration.
• Model and coach others on visual merchandising priorities and standards.
• Review store data and take action within zones to improve metrics.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and current signing and set in designated zones.
• Open availability including nights and weekends.
