Job summary

Crate and Barrel is seeking an Operations Associate to maintain an efficient stockroom and support the sales floor. Reporting to the Assistant Store Leader, you’ll help with timely order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and appealing store displays while upholding policies and safety.

You’ll learn and use store systems to support routines, pricing, and promotions, bring a positive attitude, multitask, and work as part of a team to drive profitability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Process all incoming and outgoing packages and curbside orders promptly
• Prepare stockroom for inventory and perform assigned duties
• Perform stock checks and maintain an organized stockroom
• Maintain visual merchandising standards on the sales floor
• Ensure products and displays are stocked and available for customers
• Provide excellent service and uphold company standards in selling, customer service and teamwork
• Greet customers, respond to questions, process payments, and involve management as needed
• Support store safety standards and training
• Monitor loss prevention and safety guidelines
• Drive sales through customer engagement and product knowledge
• Promote applicable promotions and loyalty programs
• Conduct product demonstrations to engage customers and showcase products
• Collaborate with store team to uphold policies and inclusive environment
