Job summary

Crate and Barrel is seeking a capable Operations Associate to maintain a fast-paced stockroom and support the sales floor. You will process orders, manage inventory, and help create engaging displays while upholding store policies and safety standards.

You'll collaborate with the team to deliver friendly customer service, learn complex POS and inventory systems, and contribute to store profitability through accuracy, merchandising, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with POS and basic office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Process shipments and curbside/pickup orders promptly.
• Prepare the stockroom for inventory and complete inventory duties.
• Maintain stockroom organization and perform stock checks.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards on the sales floor.
• Ensure products and displays are stocked and available for customers.
• Deliver excellent service and uphold company standards.
• Greet customers, answer questions, process payments.
• Support store safety and loss prevention.
• Assist in profitability and operational excellence.
• Drive sales through product knowledge and suggestive selling.
• Promote promotions and loyalty programs as needed.
• Engage customers with demonstrations to promote the brand.
