Job summary

Crate & Barrel is seeking an Operations Associate to maintain an efficient stockroom and support the sales floor. Reporting to the Assistant Store Leader, you will ensure timely order fulfillment, accurate inventory, and appealing store displays.

You will collaborate with the store team to uphold policies, safety, and a welcoming customer experience, while learning store systems to support operations, pricing, and promotions.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn store systems and adapt to changing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Process packages and curbside/pickup orders promptly.
• Maintain an organized stockroom and assist inventory.
• Perform stock checks and ensure products are merchandised on the sales floor.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service and respond to customer questions.
• Support store safety, loss prevention, and adherence to company policies.
• Contribute to promotions and product knowledge demonstrations.
