Job summary

Crate and Barrel is seeking an Operations Associate to maintain an efficient stockroom and support the salesfloor. You will process customer orders, manage inventory, and keep displays appealing.

Reporting to the Assistant Store Leader, you will uphold store policies, safety, and teamwork while learning systems that support pricing and promotions. This fast-paced role requires a positive attitude, multitasking, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience preferred.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Able to operate POS and through-line merchandising.
• Comfort with basic office equipment and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming/outgoing packages and curbside orders promptly.
• Prepare stockroom for inventory and perform stock checks.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards on the sales floor.
• Keep products and displays stocked and presentable for customers.
• Greet customers, respond to questions, process payments, and involve management as needed.
• Support store safety standards and loss prevention efforts.
• Contribute to store profitability and operational excellence through teamwork.
