Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring VM strategies to life on the sales floor, mounting product stories and dynamic displays while delivering a world-class guest experience. You will manage mannequin styling, signage updates, and seasonal campaigns in collaboration with leadership.

Requirements include 1 year of retail experience and familiarity with visual/product merchandising. Education in design or related field is a plus; strong teamwork and adaptability are

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above; training or degree in design or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guests’ experiences through brand standards in product stories, placement, and store navigation.
• Execute product presentation to enhance guest experience and drive store sell through.
• Perform VM flips: window activations, mannequin styling, signage/label updates, and seasonal changes.
• Engage with guests to assess needs, provide product education, and support omnichannel programs.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback on brand standards, product placement, and display techniques to peers.
• Contribute to an inclusive team environment and supportive working relationships.
