The role emphasizes collaboration with store leadership, adherence to brand standards, and delivering a world-class, guest-centric environment in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience required.
• Experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field preferred.
• Strong eye for color, layout, and styling to drive guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to deliver VM presentation and guest experience on the floor.
• Apply brand standards for product stories, placement, and store navigation to drive sales.
• Execute VM flips, window activations, mannequin styling, signage, and weekly merchandise changes.
• Provide in-the-moment training on brand standards and visual display techniques to team members.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful team environment and supportive working relationships.
