You will manage product presentation, perform VM flips, and ensure signage and displays align with seasonal campaigns while collaborating with store leadership to optimize guest flow and engagement.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Implement brand standards in key product stories, product placement, and store navigation.
• Arrange product presentation to enhance guest experience and drive store sell-through.
• Execute VM flips, window activations, mannequin styling, signage and label updates.
• Engage with guests, provide product education, and integrate omnichannel programs.
• Provide in-the-moment training on brand standards and visual display techniques.
• Foster a respectful and inclusive team environment.
