Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring VM strategies to life on the sales floor. You will manage product presentation, styling, and in-store marketing to optimize guest experiences and support sell-through across key product stories.

You will collaborate with store leadership, implement window activations, signage, and seasonal changes, and provide in-the-moment coaching to team members. Experience in retail VM is preferred, with strong visual design sensibilities.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guests’ experiences through brand standards in product stories and store navigation.
• Execute VM presentation to enhance guest experience and drive store sell-through.
• Perform VM flips including window activations, mannequin styling, signage and label updates.
• Engage with guests to assess needs and incorporate omnichannel programs.
• Provide on-the-spot feedback and training on brand standards and display techniques.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive team environment.
