Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Exposure to visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, or design.
• Education/experience in a design-related field is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Maintain brand standards in key product stories, placement, and store navigation for a world-class guest experience.
• Execute VM flips, window activations, signage, and seasonal merchandise updates as directed.
• Engage with guests to assess needs and incorporate omnichannel programs for a seamless experience.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and training on brand standards and visual display techniques.
• Support a respectful, inclusive team environment and positive collaboration.
