lululemon, a leader in performance apparel, seeks a Visual Merchandising Specialist to elevate in-store product presentation and guest experience. You will implement brand standards, manage product stories, and coordinate displays and campaigns to drive sales and guest engagement.

You will collaborate with store leadership, perform VM flips, and provide training to teammates while contributing to an inclusive team environment in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales work experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent is preferred or beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guest experiences through brand standards in key product stories and store navigation.
• Execute powerful product presentation to enhance guest experience and drive store sell-through.
• Perform VM flips, window activations, mannequin styling, signage updates, and seasonal merchandise changes.
• Engage with guests to understand needs and align omnichannel programs into the experience.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and training on brand standards and visual display.
• Support a respectful, inclusive team environment.
