Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to elevate the in-store guest experience through compelling product presentation, brand storytelling, and strategic display execution across our Seattle-area stores.

You will collaborate with store leadership, implement VM flips, mannequin styling, signage updates, and seasonal campaigns while training teammates and maintaining brand standards to drive sales and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent; design-related education a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guests’ experiences through brand standards in product stories and store navigation.
• Execute powerful and visually appealing product presentation per company standards.
• Perform VM flips including window activations, mannequin styling, signage and label updates, and seasonal changes.
• Engage with guests to assess needs, provide technical product education, and integrate omnichannel programs.
• Provide feedback and in-the-moment training on brand standards and visual display techniques to peers.
• Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by fostering collaboration.
