Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to execute VM strategies and standards that enhance guest experiences in-store. You will manage product presentation, styling, and in-store marketing elements in line with brand guidelines and store needs, delivering world-class guest service.

The role focuses on visual storytelling, mannequin styling, window activations, and seasonal changes, while collaborating with store leadership to maintain elevated guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guests’ experiences through brand standards in product stories, placement, and intuitive store navigation.
• Execute compelling product presentation to enhance guest experience and drive store sell-through.
• Conduct VM flips, window activations, mannequin styling, signage updates, and seasonal merchandise changes.
• Interact with guests to assess needs, provide technical product education, and support omnichannel programs.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and training on brand standards and visual display techniques.
