Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring VM strategies to life on the floor, optimizing guest experiences through product presentation and styling. You will implement key stories, drive display changes, and collaborate with store leadership to ensure brand standards are met in every window and aisle.

You will educate guests and teammates about products, contribute to inclusive teamwork, and adapt to evolving campaigns and schedules across store needs.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Some education or experience in visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Maintain brand standards across key product stories, placement, and signage for a world-class experience.
• Execute VM flips including window activations, mannequin styling, signage and seasonal merchandising changes.
• Connect with guests to assess needs, provide product education, and integrate omnichannel programs.
• Train and support teammates on visual display techniques and standards.
