Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, or space planning.
• Education in design or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to implement VM presentation and guest experience.
• Execute brand-aligned product storytelling with strong displays.
• Perform VM flips, window activations, mannequin styling, and signage updates.
• Incorporate omnichannel programs into end-to-end guest experience.
• Provide on-the-floor training on brand standards and visual techniques.
• Support a respectful, inclusive team environment.
