Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Exposure to visual merchandising or related design fields.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to implement VM presentation and guest experience.
• Maintain brand standards in product stories and store navigation.
• Display products to enhance guest experience and drive store sell-through.
• Manage VM flips, window activations, signage, and weekly merchandise changes.
• Provide product education to guests and support omnichannel programs.
• Train team members on brand standards and display techniques.
