Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring company VM standards to life on the sales floor. You will present products, style mannequins, and manage signage to drive an engaging guest experience across store campaigns.

You will collaborate with leadership to ensure brand consistency, educate customers on technical product features, and support omnichannel initiatives while working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales work experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.
• For Experiential stores with food/beverage service only: Food safety and/or liquor service certification.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guests’ experiences through brand standards in product stories, placement, and store navigation.
• Execute product presentation to enhance guest experience and drive store sell-through.
• Manage VM flips: window activations, mannequin styling, signage and label updates, and seasonal merchandise changes.
• Connect with guests to assess needs, provide product education, and integrate omnichannel programs.
