Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring our brand standards to life on the sales floor. You will manage product presentation, mannequin styling, and in-store marketing elements to optimize guest experiences and maximize sell-through.

You will collaborate with store leadership to execute compelling product stories, implement seasonal campaigns, and train team members on visual display techniques.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Education or experience in visual/fashion merchandising or design.
• Familiarity with brand standards and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation to life on the floor.
• Execute product stories and placement to optimize guest experience and drive sell-through.
• Perform VM flips, window activations, signage updates and weekly merchandise changes.
• Engage with guests to assess needs and incorporate omnichannel programs.
• Provide in-the-moment training on brand standards and visual display techniques.
• Support a respectful, inclusive team environment and cross-functional collaboration.
