Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guests’ experiences through consistent implementation of brand standards in key product stories and placement.
• Execute compelling product presentation to enhance guest experience and drive store sell-through.
• Perform VM flips, window activations, signage updates, and seasonal merchandise changes.
• Engage with guests to assess needs, provide product education, and integrate omnichannel programs.
• Provide feedback and training on brand standards and visual display techniques to team members.
• Foster an inclusive team environment and supportive relationships.
