Job summary

lululemon Athletica is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist for Fashion Show Mall to elevate in-store storytelling through product presentation, styling, and seasonal campaigns. You will work with store leadership to translate brand standards into a world-class guest experience.

You will manage mannequin styling, signage updates, and merchandising changes, while training teammates to apply visual display techniques and maintain an inclusive, collaborative store environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales work experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent; training or degree in design or related field

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Implement brand standards in key product stories, product placement, and store navigation for a world-class guest experience.
• Execute powerful and visually appealing product presentation in accordance with company standards to enhance guest experience and drive sell-through.
• Execute VM flips, including window activations, mannequin styling, signage and label updates, and seasonal or weekly merchandise changes as well as campaigns.
• Connect with guests to assess needs, provide technical product education, and incorporate omnichannel programs into a seamless end-to-end guest experience.
• Provide feedback and training related to brand standards and visual display techniques to support team development.
• Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment.
