Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist at University Town Center in Florida. You will execute product presentation, styling, and in-store marketing to optimize guest experiences, aligning with brand standards and adapting to store needs.

You will collaborate with leadership, implement visual storytelling, manage VM flips, and train team members on display techniques to ensure a world-class guest experience on the floor.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales work experience is required.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to realize VM presentation and guest experience on the floor.
• Implement brand standards in product stories, placement, and store navigation for a guest-focused experience.
• Execute VM flips including window activations, mannequin styling, signage, and seasonal changes.
• Provide product education and connect with guests to understand needs; integrate omnichannel programs.
