Job summary

4EON Agency in Wynwood, Miami seeks an experienced Project Manager for our Visual Merchandising team. You’ll be the day-to-day liaison for clients, production partners, installers, stores and malls—guiding projects from initial request through production, installation and final checks.

You’ll own scopes, timelines and budgets, coordinate vendors and internal teams, and ensure every detail aligns with brand standards. On-site role with client-facing responsibilities and store visits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing retail graphics, signage, visual merchandising production, displays or installation projects.
• Comfortable speaking with clients and giving vendors clear instructions.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously while tracking specs, budgets and deadlines.
• Experience with Salesforce or monday.com is preferred; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Turn client requests into clear scopes, specs, timelines and execution plans.
• Coordinate vendors across printing, fabrication, delivery and installation.
• Confirm dimensions, materials, artwork approvals and site requirements before production.
• Coordinate with stores/malls on access, installation windows and documentation.
• Prepare client quotes and vendor POs in Salesforce, track changes and costs.
• Manage project schedules, approvals, updates and documentation in monday.com.
• Visit stores to inspect work, document issues and coordinate corrections.
• Keep clients informed and ensure final sign-off with all details resolved.
