4EON Agency in Wynwood, Miami seeks an experienced Project Manager for our Visual Merchandising team. You’ll be the day-to-day liaison for clients, production partners, installers, stores and malls—guiding projects from initial request through production, installation and final checks.

You’ll own scopes, timelines and budgets, coordinate vendors and internal teams, and ensure every detail aligns with brand standards. On-site role with client-facing responsibilities and store visits.

Qualificações

• Proven experience managing retail graphics, signage, visual merchandising production, displays or installation projects.
• Comfortable speaking with clients and giving vendors clear instructions.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously while tracking specs, budgets and deadlines.
• Experience with Salesforce or monday.com is preferred; Spanish a plus.

• Keep clients informed and ensure final sign-off with all details resolved.

4EON is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Visual Merchandising division, working alongside our five-person team and reporting to our Senior Manager.

You’ll be the day-to-day point of contact for clients, production partners, installers, stores and malls—taking projects from the initial request through production, installation and final quality checks.

WHAT YOU’LL MANAGE

Our projects include solid and perforated vinyl, silicone edge graphics (SEG), cardboard displays, banners, Duratrans, custom pedestals, retail displays, pop-up stores and small in-store events.

Some projects involve production, some installation, and some both. You’ll own the details that make each one successful.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• • Turn client requests into clear scopes, specifications, timelines and execution plans.
• • Coordinate vendors across printing, fabrication, delivery and installation.
• • Confirm dimensions, materials, artwork approvals and site requirements before production begins.
• • Coordinate with stores and malls on access, installation windows and required documentation.
• • Prepare client quotes and vendor purchase orders in Salesforce, keeping costs and changes accurate.
• • Manage project schedules, approvals, updates and documentation in monday.com.
• • Visit stores to inspect completed work, document issues and coordinate corrections through final sign-off.
• • Keep clients informed, anticipate problems and follow through until every detail is resolved.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You have proven experience managing retail graphics, signage, visual merchandising production, displays or installation projects. You’re comfortable speaking directly with clients and giving vendors clear, precise instructions.

You can manage several projects at once while keeping specifications, budgets and deadlines under control. You notice discrepancies early, ask the right questions and verify the finished result.

Experience with Salesforce and monday.com is preferred; familiarity with similar systems is also valuable. Spanish is a plus.

This role is based in person at our Wynwood, Miami office and requires availability for store visits and installation inspections.
