Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. seeks a Visual Merchandise Coordinator to lead Design Center projects for new stores, refreshes and remodels. You will coordinate with internal teams and external installers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery per Design Catalog specs.

Strong communication and multi-tasking skills are essential. The role requires a marketing-related degree with 2+ years’ retail merchandising experience, plus exceptional organizational and customer service abilities in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (relevant experience can substitute for education on a year-for-year basis).
• Two years of relevant experience required or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute NSVM Design projects within the defined workflow.
• Collaborate with NSVM Design team, store management, suppliers and installers to meet specs, time and budget.
• Communicate project status to local store teams and leadership as needed.
• Manage installer schedules and track milestones in the Project Tracker tool.
