Responsibilities

• Train and develop each team member to Buck Mason Visual standards.
• Organize monthly training seminars for new visual ideas and methods.
• Execute visual merchandising guidelines across stores and implement displays.
• Plan floor moves with the Visual Merchandising Manager, SF.
• Support store openings and align visuals with campaigns.
