Job summary

CITY HOME is seeking a Visual Merchandising and Travel Install Coordinator to manage showroom displays and coordinate on-site installation projects across the region in Florida. This role blends product presentation with hands-on installation tasks and requires strong time management and independent work as part of a field team.

You will lead product transitions, maintain planograms, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Installation coordination and on-site problem-solving.
• Inventory and logistics management.
• Time management, multitasking, and sense of urgency.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with internal/external teams.
• Proactivity, change receptivity, and adaptability.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: 1–3 years in visual merchandising, installation coordination, or related field.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, flexible 40-hour week; travel within FL required, occasional overnights.
• Physical: Up to 45 lbs; travel within the market area.
• Technology: Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily showroom resets and maintain merchandising standards.
• Review floor plan notes and manage product orders and deliveries.
• Receive, unpack, tag, and place accessories per directives.
• Update seasonal displays and place price tags.
• Coordinate installation projects with vendors and on-site teams.
• Stage items, make beds, hang art, and patch paint during installations.
• Track installation progress and report daily status to Operations.
• Audit inventories and manage RFID tagging.
• Collaborate with GM and Sales on showroom feedback.
