Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Visual Merchandise Coordinator to drive design center installations for new stores, refreshes, remodels and special projects. You’ll coordinate with the NSVM Design team, store managers and installers to meet time and budget goals.

You will manage project tracking, communicate status, schedule installers, and handle materials shipments while solving issues quickly in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; relevant experience can substitute for education.
• Two years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Retail environment and department merchandising experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Customer service oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design Center installation activities for new stores, refreshes, remodels and special projects.
• Communicate project status to local store teams and leadership.
• Manage installer schedules to align with resources and schedule.
• Track project dates and milestones on the Project Tracker tool.
• Daily problem solving with stores, installers and contacts to prevent delays.
• Verify project completion before releasing installer to next project.
